About: Jonathan started his professional development in the financial department of the lawyer office Hogan Lovells LLP in Alicante. After 3 years he was promoted to Office, HR and BD Manager where he either created or help to implement HR, Billing, Finance, Paralegals and Office Services processes in the office. He was in charge of staff recruitment and responsible of labor relations where he supervised employees’ training and development. During the 9 years that he joint at Hogan Lovells LLP he joint numerous high managment international meetings in Frankfurt and London where HR and Office Administration best practices were shared by representatives from UK, Germany, Poland, Russia, Belgium, Check Republic and Spain. At these meetings he had the opportunity of presenting workshops showing examples of best practices that the Alicante office had successfully implemented at the time when the office had more than 60 employees. He decided to keep on growing professionally joining AchieveGlobal Spain in 2011 where he became the COO of the company. He got certified as a bilingual AchieveGlobal – in Milano, Italy – and Human Synergistics – in Madrid, Spain – trainer and coach. As Account Executive he was the key contact for international clients in the Madrid office including Banc Sabadell, Nestle, Roche Farma and Ferrero Roche (Supply Chain). During that time he got involved in numerous consulting and training projects i.e. Mystery Shopper in a Spanish top ten Bank client, Sales Field Assessment for various Health Care and Pharma companies where the C-suit and workforce was developed in Leadership and Sales skills. His capability to analyze the working environment and culture coupled with his international experience make him a fundamental key for projects as he adds humanism, effectiveness and efficiency.
