About: Rob Volk founded Foxbox Digital, an award-winning digital product agency, because he truly believe he can help companies build amazing products. In late 2018, they helped rebuild Home Chef’s (#3 on Inc. 5000, acquired by Kroger) iOS and Android App, and helped them significantly increase their customer acquisition. They continue to help similar companies not only build better products but also think through their product strategy and roadmap. Prior to starting Foxbox Digital he helped Fortune 100 clients, including Pfizer, USPS, and Morgan Stanley build and scale enterprise apps using Agile. He was the CTO of Beyond Diet and implemented technology that scaled to over 350k+ customers, and was the CTO and Co-Founder of Detective (detective.io), a venture-backed intelligence platform that amassed 200k+ users in a short time frame. As he look back on his career, it was mainly focused on one thing: building and launching great digital products. Rob Volk is an entrepreneur and engineer at heart, so starting Foxbox Digital was a natural progression for him. His mission is to help companies unravel technology problems. He empowers teams by helping them adopt and build with new languages. He also work with tech leaders to help them modernize their development processes.

Megan is responsible for developing Foxbox Digital’s evolving talent, culture, and capabilities. She has a phenomenal track record of developing and executing strategic talent acquisition and human resource management programs for growing tech organizations. Megan is a certified PHR and SHRM-CP professional and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
