After his beautiful wife and two children, this job is the honor and privilege of his life. At OpenRoad group they provide personal and modern services to their customers in the supply chain and logistics industry. OpenRoad operates these departments with the same core values and unified mission, but they each have independent management and decision-making autonomy. This ensures they are flexible and adaptive to respond to the unique needs of each customer and meet each employee where they are at. For the last 15 years, OpenRoad has doubled in size every three years. They are extremely happy with their growth and even though size will eventually limit this pace they see their future even brighter than their past.
