It’s a training opportunity for CEOs. It was very beneficial in many aspects to see different insights and different points of view, and it’s a good thing to put into the company to help us become better leaders. I encourage anybody who wants to be a better leader and wants to Uplift and bring up their team. Definitely enjoy them.
I really enjoy the experience of the leadership events in which I get to talk to people from different industries and different roles in the company. Exchange information, how the challenges that we’re facing in business and how we solve the problem. So all this conversation helped me to think out of the box and like to find out what we’re missing in our own company and what we can learn from other industry people.
We just did a leadership coaching course, which was amazing. I recommend it to anyone. Anyone that is looking to up their game in the corporate world. There’s a lot of concepts, and a lot of things that we learned in this event. We shared with a lot of other corporate owners and it’s amazing how much we have in common, even though we’re in completely different industries. But that was cool. That was cool. That I recommend as well.
