Raj has built teams from the ground up and managed large IT teams geographically dispersed in 4 different countries and in 10 different locations. Demonstrated leadership and experience in turnarounds, transformations, strategic and high-growth environments. The story of Narwal and Raj is particularly powerful as he was a customer turned to a partner now for multiple large fortune 1000 companies. Raj wanted to bring the level of value creation and impact he delivered as a customer to many others as a partner and multiplying the positive impact and influence. When not working on Narwal, if that ever happens, Raj loves to read, trying to make sense of life and things, and embarrass his kids being goofy. Raj has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
