About: Founder & Owner of Emma’s Premium Services, an e-commerce platform advancing technology to help families support their incarcerated loved ones. To date we have reached 2.8 million families and generated over $10M in sales as we continue to expand through the United States. Currently directing a team of 15 remote and onsite staff while overseeing fulfillment center operations, holding over 4,000 products with fulfillment metrics of approx. 12-18 hours. Anton Kogan is a Rutgers MBA graduate with a focus on supply chain and leadership. During the last 7 years he entered the commercial property market and now own and manage over 50 residential units across 11 properties.
