About: Mr. Mitchell Cho is a proposal and procurement professional and expert in developing clear, compelling, and compliant documents in response to federal business opportunities. He specializes in taking information from a variety of sources and developing strategic, orderly, and smooth-flowing language in response to government work requirements. Mr. Cho’s skills have been repeatedly requested by multiple firms; he has helped small businesses win their first prime contract and has helped large companies win multi-billion dollar IDIQs. With comprehensive experience in drafting, editing, and finalizing proposals and procurement-related documents, Mr. Cho’s skills include technical writing, graphic design, desktop publishing, proposal management, cost analysis and price-to-win planning. He holds a B.A. from George Mason University, served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, and designed a skin-smoothing machine known as microdermabrasion. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Cho not only offers exceptional writing and proposal development capabilities, but also a business savvy to understand and incorporate long-term business goals and branding in proposal responses.
