About John Signa
In 2016, John Signa founded E78 Partners with the vision of building a specialty consulting practice dedicated to solving the unique financial and operational needs of private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Today, E78 proudly serves over 100 private equity funds and hundreds of portfolio companies across the country. As CEO, John is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s strategy and creating value for all key stakeholders. As a former private equity professional and CFO for multiple PE-backed portfolio companies, John has served as a change agent and has led financial transformations within the office of the CFO. Prior to founding E78 Partners, John served as Vice President of a multi-billion dollar private equity firm, where he led financial operations and portfolio monitoring. As a CFO of multiple PE-backed portfolio companies, John has designed and delivered scalable back-office solutions that have resulted in significant value creation for buy-and-build platforms. John is also the Chairman and Founder of Benessere, a health and wellness platform that partners with extraordinary brands to provide administration and business support services to multi-site operators. John received a BS in Accounting and MBA with a concentration in Finance from Dominican University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and Certified Valuation Analyst.
