What Real Leadership means to Jeffrey

Jeffrey shares that every time he comes across a great leader, they are always extremely focused and not afraid to get their hands dirty. They know what it takes to do every job – and then they can make better decisions on where they want their business to go.

What are Conditions of Satisfaction?

The most successful businesses he knows have this. Everything they do in their day is Laser-Focused on Conditions of Satisfaction. Anything outside of that is a distraction – like squirrels or Tweets, etc.

Creating Moments of Satisfaction in Your Business

Jeffrey Believes in promises, not goals or objectives. He explains that there are always 2 sides. On the one side you’ve got a Customers and on the other are the Performers. You go through this action cycle in a way in which you deliver that promise and that = Customer Satisfaction! A promise is a mutual condition of satisfaction  

 

Jeffrey doesn’t see the difference between himself and his business. It has always been a natural extension of himself. It’s not lucky who win it’s the RELENTLESS. If it was easy, everyone would do it and not everybody does. And not everyone is successful at it. Therein lies the difference between the doers and those that don’t.

Practical and Actionable:

Get laser focused and write down what your personal conditions of satisfaction in your business and in your life are. Get clear on your relationships (both business and personal) and what your conditions mean for your spiritual growth. Understanding those things can help you go FAR.
