About: Rob Sanchez, an Inc. 5000 entrepreneur, has served as Anteriad’s Chief Executive Officer since 2012 and leads the vision and strategy for the company. With a career in B2B that has stretched over 25 years, he is recognized as one of the data industry’s most tenured and trusted experts and established the company as a dominant player in global B2B marketing solutions. Rob has been a member of the executive leadership team at Anteriad since its inception in 2000 and served as a Managing Partner from 2009–2012. As one of the original partners of Anteriad, he launched and grew the company’s OmniChannel suite of services into a robust Performance Marketing platform. Rob brings a dynamic blend of data-driven marketing and growth expertise to his role of CEO. Through key acquisitions, recruitment, and expansion of solution-based services, he has played an integral part in driving the company’s growth and profitability. Rob is responsible for the discovery, vetting, and management of corporate acquisitions that support Anteriad’s strategic direction. Rob enjoys sports, golf, his great team at Anteriad, time with his family, and various charitable work through his family’s charitable fund.
As Chief People Officer at an Inc. 5000 company, Heather is responsible for architecting the global talent strategy and vision behind building and retaining Anteriad’s team of exceptional professionals. She partners to drive and achieve long term business results through a focus on corporate culture, talent engagement, training and development initiatives. Heather’s diverse experience in public accounting and in various senior HR positions across the investment management industry provides her with a unique balance of business acumen and HR expertise that enables her to align the organization’s people assets to advance its business strategy. Heather received a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks on the water with her rescue dog, traveling to Aruba, attending Billy Joel concerts and Villanova basketball (Go Wildcats!).
