In her 15+ years in the world of trends and innovation consulting, Erin has been recognized with numerous awards. Most recently, Ebco was named as one of Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America. She won Quirk’s 2021 Award for Market Research Supplier of the Year. Prior to founding Ebco, Erin served as VP of Innovation for Sterling Brands and senior design strategist at Karten Design, where she founded the design research and strategy department.
