If you want to STAND OUT in business you have to be very intentional about the level of service and every interaction that you give your clients and prospects.  It does not matter what your business is…there is always a way to do do it differently.

Just in case you don’t know what I mean when I say “stand out”, it is all about being remarkable, being different than you peers and being just plain awesome.

When you stand out you attract better clients (more if you want more), get paid expert fees (higher than the industry average), and make a deeper/lasting impact.

To STAND OUT you must KICK ASS.  Here is the outline of what KICK ASS means for you and your business.

Measure where you stand for each of the 7 areas outlined here in the show.  You can rate yourself on a 1 to 5 scale.  5 is you got it all.  And 1 is you are not sure what that is and how it applies to your business.  Rate yourself as your business is right now first.  Then go back through and rate yourself again on where you want to be.  Extra credit: Identify the one area that will have biggest payoff for your business and take action today to increase your ability to “stand out”.
